Your role Manage the Group Quality System / Regulatory team Drive the set-up of a quality management system with the Group System Manager in order to be compliant with the different quality standards and customer requirements Embed quality assurance in all business processes by delivering standardized and efficient business processes improvements on time and in line with business requirements.
ening improvement project throughout the Ontex Global organizations to ensure a standardized approach Create a learning environment regarding quality assurance by tracking quality assurance issues organizing platforms for learning and sharing at the appropriate levels reviewing and adjusting processes Take the role as document approver in the Group process of quality document management Take the role as approver in the Group CAPA process for critical CAPAs Take the role as change owner on Group level in the Change Management process Process owner of the Post Market Surveillance process on Group level Make sure that the EU Medical Device technical files are created and up-to-date Responsible to sign-off the EU Medical Device Conformity Declarations.
