To strengthen our Corporate Development and Finance team, based in our Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium, or in Atlanta, US, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of : Head of Global Insights.
As a Head of Global Insights you will lead Global Insights generation across the organization, develop insight capabilities and lead competitive intelligence.
You like to work in anenvironment where you can : Bring the patient’s voice into the organization and derive insights from observation Integrate the patient experience from very early on in the product development process up to commercialisationQuickly adopt new state of the art Global Insights generation strategies and approaches (vendor, tool, methodologies)Provide consistency for the organization in methods, suppliers and approach at local, regional and global levelBe at the forefront of defining impactful strategiesYou will contributeby : Developing holistic view of the changing context for the short, medium and long term as an input to the strategy development at Corporate, Unit and asset levelDelivering global insights generation from Proof of concept to commercialization and Loss of Exclusivity for all UCB assetsWorking with the Insight to Impact teams and Unit teams to develop integrated insights strategies that incorporate elements of market research, competitive intelligence and overall environmental understanding that will drive decision making at Corporate, Unit and asset level Leading, developing and coaching team members of the Global Insights Team of 15-20Being an active member of the Insight-to-Impact leadership team and establishing strong connections with Regional Insight-to-Impact teams as well as with the missions and the Unit leadsEstablishing strategic partnerships and managing the vendors for Global Insights and ensure optimal performance with cost effectiveness.

For this position you’ll need the followingeducation, experienceand skills : Bachelor’s degree (Statistics, Sociology, Psychology or related field) required.
Master’s degree preferred18+ years of increasing responsibility in one or many of the following areas : analytics, insights, foresight and / or strategy.
