The Mission of the pan-Medtronic Sales Enablement Strategy (SES) Team :
The MDT SES Team support our Business transformation and enable our multi-channel strategy and omni-channel ambition
The MDT SES Team is responsible for constantly enhancing and delivering harmonized and simplified sales and marketing capabilities at optimized cost in partnership with ComOps organization and Global IT.
We are looking for an individual with deep insights on sales force needs, expected behaviors, daily practices. He / she will co-define tomorrow sales process at MDT, how our sales enablement tools will support the sales process and drive sales force effectiveness.
He / she will align the organization on the new sales enablement strategy and will drive its embedding into the organization leveraging key OU stakeholders within ComOps organization.
He / she will be responsible to connect with the OU stakeholders to validate assumptions and to ensure embedding into OU practices and programs.
He / she will act as sales process subject matter expert as well as a change agent. OU trust of the individual is critical.
A Day in the Life
The Mandate of the pan-MDT Sales Enablement Strategy Team willl :
Shape sales enablement strategy for the region.
Implement new governance driving alignment across channels and businesses.
Define and execute a plan to harmonize and simplify our sales enablement solutions and to migrate to the new salesforce.

Manage sales enablement solutions roadmap (unique Interface to IT for demand & prioritization) in partnership with ComOps organization and Global IT.
Ensure optimized implementation of sales & marketing capabilities in our sales enablement solutions.
Main responsabilities will be :
Interact with OU Leaders and ComOps SME’s to understand their business needs and align them on new pan-MDT sales enablement strategy.
Assess, define and implement sales enablement strategy for MDT EMEA. Move away from current scattered approach and shape tomorrow sales process and sales enablement solutions.
Act as change agent to link OU strategies, sales enablement strategy and systematic use of our sales enablement capabilities.
Align organization, influence key stakeholders, sell to sales & marketing organization.
Strategize with Commercial Capability Development Departments on how to drive mindset change towards a data driven organization and implement new necessary winning behaviors.
Interact with sales enablement solutions champions and ambassadors to validate assumptions, to test recommendations and to drive change and adoption.
Help OU stakeholders and ComOps SME’s formalize their business requirements.
Align Cross-OU and formalize pan-MDT business requirements.
Consolidate demand from OU’s and facilitate prioritization of the demand from cross-OU and channels.
Establish strong working relationships with Global IT and coordinate activities with Global IT.
Facilitate, coordinate and execute testing of new and amended system capabilities.
Design and recommend launch strategy, work with ComEx OU Business Partners and commercial capability development teams to deploy sales enablement solutions.
Manage product (sales and marketing capabilities) vision to optimize product roadmap and to provide a competitive advantage to the sales force through our sales enablement solutions
Must Have :
10 years of working experience in business related function / environment
Experience in a role supporting marketing & sales or in sales management
Affinity with commercial excellence
Experience with data analysis
Experience in working in a complex organization with different countries / cultures
Solid experience with supporting a CRM solution preferred
Key skills :
Strategic, analytical and pragmatic thinking; ability to shift between details and overall picture
Ability to develop a strategy as well as drive execution
Seasoned critical & analytical thinker
Demonstrated skills for problem solving and issue handling
Proactive and service oriented
Excellent communication skills; very good verbal and written presentation skills
Proven ability to connect and quickly create relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
Able to influence, drive adoption of new processes & tools by articulating their value proposition
Fluency in English.
Great process mapping skills
Understand the sales process, current SFE solutions and interdependencies.
Familiar with MDM best practices and initiatives in Medtronic and Master data reporting and analytics landscape and community.
Able to run implementation, change and training programs.
Solid insight of salesforce.com

Having worked in an international company / environment, ideally in the medical device industry
Any other European language is an advantage
