The Opportunity

Every day, organisations face a multitude of challenges regarding their digital efforts. These challenges arise from their own growing business, disruptive technologies, new innovations, rapidly changing customer demands or a change in the industry environment.

We advise our clients in how to structure and optimize their IT organisation, the services they deliver, and the projects they undertake.

For this, we work directly with executive management (CxO) and middle management to support them with a.o. following key questions.

Digital Organisation

Is our Business Strategy driven & supported by technology?

Does my organisation have a clear IT strategy?

Is my IT & Digital function future proof?

Do I have the right operating model and competencies?

Do I have the right governance in place?

Digital Portfolio

Are we focusing on the right digital program and digital project portfolio?

Are we managing our projects in the right way and how do we keep them on track?

Will our digital projects be successful and meet their targets?

What are the crucial risks that our program and project managers need to tackle?

Digital Delivery

How can we make our IT service delivery more effective and efficient? What changes can we make to improve?

Do we sufficiently manage our digital risks (e.g. from disruptive technologies such as robotics, AI, cloud, blockchain)?

How is my organization coping with new developments paradigms (such as Agile and DevOps)?

Our Technology and Digital Risk Advisory team needs your expertise to support our clients with these questions. Together, we can make an impact that matters!

Role Description

You will join a team of 150 extremely diverse, talented and international individuals. Join us and you could find yourself working on everything from short term to longer term strategic engagements for smaller as well as large organizations in various industries.

You will grow and develop our team through building propositions to our clients and demonstrating thought leadership.

You will be supporting clients transforming their IT processes, IT operating models and digital functions.

You will be advising clients on technology & digital risks and on risks within strategic Digital Transformation projects.

You are customer-oriented which enables you to develop and maintain strong relationships with client management and a commitment to deliver top quality service to clients.

You will maintain communication to manage expectations and ensure that engagement deadlines and quality expectations are met.

You have strong people management skills and you will participate in the career and performance development by serving as a career counsellor, training new staff and providing timely and specific performance feedback.

You will foster teamwork and enable innovative thinking for our services to delivery outstanding quality.

You have a strong academic background and you are a strong communicator with fluent language skills in English, Dutch and / or French;

You are able to interact and influence decision making at the Board level and perform a broader commercial role within Deloitte

You are eager to develop yourself and learn new technology trends such as Cloud, AI and Robotics Process Automation, and SAP S / 4HANA.
