You will be part of the OM Partners’ Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Forecasting and Network Design team. The team consists of implementation experts and software developers focusing on delivering world class solutions for tactical and strategic supply chain planning.
Our S&OP tool is ranked as a worldwide best-in-class solution by Gartner, the world's leading information technology research and advisory company.
As a technical consultant, you will actively participate in the development of the S&OP solution . The job consists of analyzing and implementing functionality to cover generic requirements, with a focus on planning actions and reporting .
You will help maintaining the software quality our customers expect. Also, you will work closely together with the application consultants in customer projects, by taking care of the more technical tasks.
You have a bachelor or master's degree with a technical background combined with a basic interest in supply chain planning.
You also have an excellent command of English and at least one other language (Dutch, French, German or Spanish).
You have relevant programming skills . Active knowledge of a version management system and familiarity with operations research techniques like linear programming are a plus.
You are creative and eager to learn, and you can work autonomously. Of course, you are fun to work with.
