Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.

Job Description : You will act as a business relationship partner for the management boards assigned to you. Your main responsibilities will be : You will maintain and expand a network, both within internal and external management boards;

You will translate the internal vision to the business so that they understand the IT processes, roles and procedures and give advice to the business in the field of IT support.

You will also translate that external business reality to internal action; You will catch IT demands for new projects and innovative opportunities, directly using your network or through the internal stakeholders;

You will organize, prepare and chair the monthly management meetings between IT and business; You will make sure you are updated on the status of the current projects within the management departments assigned to you, where necessary as a go-between between the management and the internal stakeholders;

You will facilitate the drafting of the SLAs and report on this to the assigned management. Requirements : You have a Master's degree or you are equivalent through experience;

You have at least 5 years of experience as Account Manager, Program Manager or in another similar function; You are fluent in Dutch, French and English;
