The Planner / scheduler & call off ensures the permanent process of planning and in time provisioning of packaging and raw materials.
The Planner / scheduler & call off ensures that production is in line with customer requirements and production capacity.
The Planner / scheduler & call off is part of and will support Supply Chain department.
Create and adapt the production plan based on forecast, orders and preferred service level over a horizon of 4 weeks and in weekly buckets.
Know the available to promise’ at any time, to inform the customer with immediate and clear information regarding the availability of goods.
On daily basis, identify capacity and availability of materials constraints; apply action plans to solve them.
Transmit operational planning to production.
Close follow-up of actual changes that influence the operational horizon, as well as reporting of production results.
Be responsible for the management and constant follow-up of raw material and packaging stock levels, also when escalations regarding material shortages occur.
Be responsible to order and logistical follow-up of these raw materials and packaging at supplier or warehouses, in function of consumption.
Execute invoice checks and linked to this, the approval or disapproval.
Follow-up, analyze en optimize supply planning KPI’s (adherence to plan, logistical performance suppliers, systems and processes, costs, efficiencies ...)
Back-up function within planning & call off to guaranty the continuity of work.
Be responsible for a good communication and cooperation within and without Section Supply.
Bachelor + multiple years of experience
Information systems : SAP, OMP, Google, Pack Office
Languages : Dutch - French - English (preference)
Strong analytical comprehension and thinking
