The Digital & IT organization of the BU Benelux is composed of a central steering team and local operational teams in the Business Entities.
The BU Benelux is reinforcing its central Cybersecurity team. As a member of the central BU Benelux Cybersecurity team, you are the SPOC for one or more Business perimeters.
Together with the Entity operational CIOs, you are responsible to ensure that within your perimeter(s) cybersecurity risks remain under control and that applicable policies are implemented and respected.
You also have to develop and maintain cybersecurity expertise in one or more specific technical domains to help the Business and / or support your peer cybersecurity managers.
You hierarchically report to the BU CISO.
The job requires a strong background and experience in security architecture and cybersecurity related processes. Along with good communication skills ( speak the language of the Business ), the cybersecurity manager must have a generalist knowledge of various IT architectures in order to ensure cybersecurity risks are anticipated and appropriate actions are timely taken.
