The Digital & IT organization of the BU Benelux is composed of a central steering team and local operational teams in the Business Entities.

The BU Benelux is reinforcing its central Cybersecurity team. As a member of the central BU Benelux Cybersecurity team, you are the SPOC for one or more Business perimeters.

Together with the Entity operational CIOs, you are responsible to ensure that within your perimeter(s) cybersecurity risks remain under control and that applicable policies are implemented and respected.

You also have to develop and maintain cybersecurity expertise in one or more specific technical domains to help the Business and / or support your peer cybersecurity managers.

You hierarchically report to the BU CISO.

The job requires a strong background and experience in security architecture and cybersecurity related processes. Along with good communication skills ( speak the language of the Business ), the cybersecurity manager must have a generalist knowledge of various IT architectures in order to ensure cybersecurity risks are anticipated and appropriate actions are timely taken. Your mission

  • as a Cybersecurity manager, you are responsible, within the scope of the Business perimeter assigned to you and in close collaboration with the Business Entity CIO(s), to : ensure that cybersecurity risk management processes are in place within the different activities of the various IT delivery organizations, in line with Group and BU directives and strategiesverify that cybersecurity risk assessments are conducted in the context of all Digital / IT -
  • related projects. This verification includes, the quality of the assessment itself, establishment of Business cybersecurity risk ownership, proper implementation of the mitigating controls, the formal residual risk acceptance by the owner, and the documentation of those in a central BU-

    wide registeract on behalf of the BU CISO to approve residual risk, together with the Business Process Ownersensure compliancy with applicable policies and mandatory standards or in case of non-

    compliance, facilitate the derogation process in collaboration with the BU CISO, document and monitor approved derogationssupport the various cybersecurity stakeholders within your business scopeorganize cybersecurity awareness sessions towards the user community in the Business domain you are responsible for, in close collaboration with BU and / or Group level initiativesensure the proper functioning of identity and access management processesensure that the Cyber and Information Assets are adequately monitoredimplement the BU level cybersecurity framework and selected toolingdetect, document, escalate and follow-

    up cybersecurity related incidentsensure that the BU and Group level KPI’s get reporteddefine, together with the BU CISO and the applicable CIO(s), a yearly cybersecurity improvement program and monitor its executiondecide together with the applicable CIO(s) the required budgetsorganize regular security audits within you scopeexecute other cybersecurity related activities that may be imposed or requestedtake GDPR legislation into account and involve the GDPR teams if needed

  • as a technical cybersecurity expert, you are responsible on a BU Benelux level to : develop and maintain expertise in a specific technical domain (e.
  • g. : Cloud, workstation, networking, digital, Scada systems security)define the need for specific technical policies, standards or guidelines and ensure these documents are created in collaboration with internal and / or external staffdefine and implement new security foundations / services in collaboration with the infrastructure team.

    Assist other security managers to identity and measure risks when they come in contact with technical domains within your specialty

  • technical / business skills : general skills in various Information Systems ArchitecturesProcess Design Skillsextensive Information Security process knowledge skills
