Want to be a part of our team?The primary objective of the Inside Sales Representative is to sell organisational products and services and to process sales transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.

These employees are primarily office-based, and are allocated internally to vendor and / or client lists that they have to mine for new sales opportunities.

They use a variety of methods such as cold calling, telephonic meetings, email correspondence and webcasts to present new and additional offerings to clients.

Inside Sales Representatives have a proactive and systematic approach to work through the list of prospects by understanding the prospects relation to Dimension Data, and then engaging the client by asking a series of questions to understand their requirements.

They are then able to articulate Dimension Data’s high level value proposition for our services and solutions in line with the client’s need.

Where there is an opportunity to close a sale, they will do so by communicating quotes, supportive sales documentation and by obtaining a sales order.

Working at NTT Ensure client satisfaction Inside Sales Representatives are successful because of their engaging and planned communication style.

They are passionate about service and retain an interest in the client’s satisfaction. They are able to build relationships with clients and they display an interest in and knowledge of the client environment.

Identify sales opportunities As members of the sales team, they can identify opportunities for up-selling of solutions and services.

They have superior telephonic communication skills and display telephone etiquette. Ensure governance Inside Sales Representatives will comply with and adhere to pre-identified governance and compliance standards and escalate identified problems for investigation and resolution.

Adhere to Finance standards and procedures These individuals understand and adhere to Dimension Data standards and procedures to reduce costs and report associated risks.

Behavioural skills As corporate citizens, Inside Sales Representatives can work effectively in teams and manage their assigned work processes.

Their passion drives them to learn constantly. They are good listeners and demonstrate effective client engagement skills.

They will use their well-rounded conversational and questioning skills to assist clients in meeting their needs by buying Dimension Data’s solutions, services and offerings.
