As our new Account Manager Indirect Sales, you can become part of a technological advanced global and renown player in the HVAC market.
You will be responsible for the sales via indirect channels (wholesalers). Maintain close relations towards the management as well as the sales teams of your indirect channels.
Additional tasks and responsibilities you can expect are :
You ensure the relationship between the company and our clients remain positive, professional and profitable while maintaining a solid company image towards the customers;
You maintain existing portfolio and detect new opportunities in your region;
You are an ambassador for the company, build relationships with trust towards the wholesaler and the indirect customers;
You visit the wholesalers and maximize the available product range. Monitor the turnover evolution, and you perform qualitative market monitoring;
You provide the wholesalers the necessary level of support and advise when selling our products in the market;
Due to your expertise and commercial support, you contribute to the sales susses of our wholesalers and dealers;
You collaborate with our internal colleagues and our dealers you ensure active support is available, and you follow up on leads;
You are also responsible for the preparation and execution of sales and account plans.
Background & Skills
We would like to see that you have a degree in Engineering, Marketing or Sales and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a technical commercial environment.
Additionally, we are looking for :
People with a commercial drive who are result driven but flexible enough to respond to and support our wholesalers and indirect customers;
Have a proactive attitude towards internal and external communication, and follow up on leads and market developments;
Have developed digital skills and experience working with preferably : MS Office applications, SAP and a CRM (Salesforce);
Have fluent language skills (in word and writing) for the Dutch, French and English language.
