Beeple is a tech scale-up company founded in 2016 by two passionate minds. With Beeple, a cloud-based web platform, we are offering a new way to digitize the temporary staffing business.

Beeple is used in all kinds of sectors : from catering, festivals & events, retail to guides, cleaning and aviation. The ultimate goal is to conquer the complete HR market.

Your Role

Our Customer Success Manager is a creative person, a jack of alltrades’, that provides support for our customers during their start-

upperiod and their usage of our software.

  • You will take care of our clients by listening to their needs andclaims - on the phone or in person.
  • You have a beautiful voice, in real life as well as invideoconferencing! You are able to explain each idea in a simple,clear and concise way.
  • You are flexible and make every effort for our customers.
  • You give weekly Kick-Offs to our customers - these are interactive workshops to guarantee a smooth start for our customers with our staff management tool.
  • You have weekly meetings with the Customer Success Team to discuss new opportunities and resolve common problems.
  • Thanks to your analytical and sales skills, you never fail to seize upsell opportunities when they occur.
  • You take pleasure in taking over our support line or you answerthe questions of our customers via email in French or English.
  • Last but not least, you’ll be the natural link between the clientsand Beeple.
  • What do we expect from you

    You would perfectly fit into our team, with following qualifications

  • Native in Dutch and / or French; good level of English (any other language isa plus).
  • Driver License (B) will be convenient for visiting clients.
  • You are open to go on short international business trips to clients if and when the opportunity presents itself.
  • Passion for high-end customer service.
  • Comfortable speaking to both decision makers and business users.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Very good empathy towards users.
  • Good analytical skills as you’ll have to quickly understand usersneeds.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • IT affinity, experience with SaaS is a plus.
