Essential Responsibilities

  • Adapt and localize EU content for our market-specific customers
  • Help commercial team increasing Market visibility through awareness, demand generation and loyalty programs
  • Advocate for the power of digital to marketing and commercial teams, and educate on the most impactful and measurable digital strategies and channels, for our markets
  • Govern regional digital and paid channels to manage the customer experience (Marketo emails, Web, paid promotion)
  • Localize and drive adoption of our digital ecosystem (website, UDX / CDX, eCommerce)
  • Develop and execute local digital marketing campaigns leveraging all digital channels & working in close collaboration with Business Stakeholders (Marketing & Sales & Events team) and Shared Services team
  • Measure and drive ROI for all digital Marketing activities working closely with Sales org
  • Manage content (content ideation, localization, calendaring and posting, social media, etc.)
  • Develop Account based digital marketing campaigns Ensures compliance of all customer facing materials
  • Works with marketing leaders to establish Marketing communication business plan and budget
  • Liaises with Communications team in Buc (PR & Business / Modality MarCom)
  • Continuously evaluating processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools designed for both the market and sales force
  • Support Events team whenever needed
  • Grow marketing database
  • Quality Specific Goals :

  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Strong digital background
  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality
  • Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable

    laws and regulations as they apply to this job type / position

    Role Summary / Purpose

    This role is responsible for implementing the Digital Marketing Communication strategy in the Benelux region. The candidate will develop and implement marketing communications collaterals, digital marketing campaigns, social media as well as promote local events.

    This role coordinates with Vendors and internal Shared Services to develop and execute programs to deliver on marketing& sales objectives.

    Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Admin., Communications or related field or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • Fluency with social, mobile, content marketing, and digital media practices
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and / or InDesign
  • Strong project management skills and creative abilities
  • Experience interacting with and coordinating multiple functions / stakeholders (e.g. Legal, IT)
  • Excellent knowledge of integrated communications strategy and the Marketing Mix (Print, Digital, Events)
  • Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams, multiple levels (including executive level) and outside vendors
  • Ability to influence, make recommendations and drive change at all levels of the company
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in both verbal and written Dutch, French and English
  • Strong analytical and process skills
