In this key role, you will perform a wide variety of tasks. Your main responsibilities will be to manage the Brussels office, HR and other administrative matters and perform tasks related to the financial and accounting requirements.

Administrative Responsibilities :

  • Manage services provided by suppliers (office rental, office and equipment maintenance, internet, supplies, etc.) and keep all contract files updated, ensure procurement procedures are followed, manage general office insurances and files updated;
  • Organise meeting logistics;
  • Manage telephone calls and incoming mail, emails and any external requests, ensuring appropriate distribution and follow-up in a timely manner;
  • Perform other duties as needed, such as handling reimbursements, meeting reports, and other administrative tasks to support other colleagues.

    You hold a bachelor's degree in Management Assistant, Office Management and / or you have at least some relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably within a European environment.

    You have an excellent written and spoken command of both French AND English and, additionally, a good level of Italian is highly desirable.

    You have a very good command of MS-Office suite.

    Being service-minded, you enjoy working independently and have demonstrated the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.

    Stress-resistant, you can also take initiative when needed.
