The Head of Product Marketing will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our overall product marketing and solutions strategy.
All actions should be focusing on a sustainable increase in number of customers, company turnover and / or EBITDA.
Keep the company up-to-date with market trends, competition and evolving customer needs through research and analysis on our chosen market / customer segments.
Make data-driven decisions to hit company revenue targets.
Develop and implement the product portfolio & pricing vision, strategy and roadmap. This includes the development of product bundles, determining the overarching pricing and discounting approach, and identifying the optimal cross-sell trajectories.
Identify, analyze and get agreement on new commercial opportunities resulting in new products and / or enhancements of our existing product portfolio.
Based on solid business cases, get the developments prioritized on the corporate Change Board and ensure flawless end-to-end implementation.
Lead and inspire the team of Product Managers. Hire and train new team members. Evaluate and coach team members based on the agreed KPI’s.
Ensure that each team member serves as an evangelist for our products through thought leadership, blogging, social media, and speaking opportunities.

Help sales teams to understand the product positioning, key benefits and target audiences.
Ensure that all Sales and Customer Support teams are properly trained and supported.
Ensure regular analysis and reporting on individual product performance and on the effectiveness of the various product marketing initiatives.
MA / MSc in Applied Economics / Business Economics or a related field, or equivalent working experience, with a passion for marketing.
5 years of experience with Product Marketing, ideally in a B2B2C environment. Experience with determining product-market fit and delivering new products to market.
Thorough understanding of our market & products (digital advertising, video, web, e-com)
Strong leadership and people management skills.
You have great interpersonal skills and can communicate easily to all levels in the company, including Top Management.

You are results & customer oriented, analytical with good problem-solving skills
You have strong project & time management skills.
Fluency in Dutch or French. Fluency in English.
