Are you a service oriented and an administrative talent with payroll expertise? The payroll and HR admin expert is part of the HR team in Pall LS Belgium and plays a key supporting role in the HR processes & systems, covering the entire employee life cycle.
Main responsibilities and key activities :
In this role, you will cover a broad variety of tasks, including payroll and supporting the HR business partners with administrative workflows :
Owning the payroll process for our location in Belgium (blue and white collars, 24 / 7), together with the payroll providerAdministrating the time and attendance system for input and reportingBeing the contact person for managers and employees in payroll, tax, social & health insurance issues as well as related authoritiesBeing the contact person and administrator for group and health insuranceBeing first line support for our employees in Pall LS HoegaardenSupporting the HR team on employee mutations (new hires, leavers, transfers, promotions, organizational changes) by preparing legal documents, updating HR systems and personnel files and follow-up on administrative tasks like gathering signatures, sending registered letters, legalizing documentsPreparing certificates and documents for employees’ business tripsGenerating the relevant reports from the HR systemsChecking and filling the salary / insurance-related papers and in compliance with SOX and other (tax) regulationsParticipating in internal and external auditsContributing to various ad hoc HR projects and tasks, such as car policy updates, employee handbooks, HR improvement projects (Kaizens and Problem-Solving Processes initiatives), Maintaining personnel files and preparing notifications, statistics, and certificatesOrganizing, coordinating, and supporting employee events and incentives
This position reports to Kathleen Vynck, HR Manager.
Qualifications and professional knowledge :
Professional in HR legislation and payroll
Strong affinity with tools and systems, experience with HR Management Systems (Presta and Protime) is considered a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English
Payroll experience in a manufacturing site (multiple shift patterns)
