This position will develop and execute Binance gift card global expansion strategy by working closely with internal and external stakeholders on key initiatives.
Partnership manager will be responsible for sourcing, developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, merchants, distributors, and corporates, seeking in-depth partnership opportunities from both commercial end and product end.
Knowledge on the global payment market landscape is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain the relationship with corporates, distributors, merchants or other external stakeholders and facilitate product integration, implementation, co-marketing effort and other product optimization, etc.
Work with product and operation team to customize flexible product solutions for partners
Lead and contribute to internal cross-team projects to standardize and improve commercial processes and systems, including commercial SOPs, user management system, data analytics tools, etc.
Facilitate commercial decision-making with market insights and deep understanding of customer needs and product capabilities
Drive and support gift card business growth by developing and executing new initiatives / solutions, and translate complex ideas into specific requirements and action plans for partners
Design merchant / partner operation strategies and explore new business models to grow the business
Assist management in other strategy research and projects
Requirement
5+ years of experience in the Internet, banking, or payment industry is highly desirable
Experience in launching 0 to 1 product is a strong plus
Must be highly motivated and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilitiesCrypto trading experience is a plus
Must be fluent in English
