The Job’s Mission

As a Regional Sales Manager for Stryker Endoscopy, you will be managing a team of talented Sales professionals based in The Netherlands (4 direct reports) and in Belgium (4 direct reports).

This is a truly dynamic opportunity for a talented, highly motivated individual who can drive the growth in The Netherlands and in Belgium of our Endoscopy portfolio, which includes Stryker’s Visualization and Sports Medicine portfolio.

Stryker’s long history of innovation in advanced imaging and Operating Room connectivity is driven by the desire to allow our customers to see and do more.

Additionally, within the Sports Medicine portfolio, our solutions focus on minimally invasive and open approaches to the shoulder, hip, knee and small joints.

In this position, you will report directly to the Business Unit Director, Endoscopy BeNeSAP. You will be responsible for the management of your Sales area, the leadership of the Endoscopy Sales team as well as Sales / turnover and costs so that optimized customer service and acquisition of new customers is guaranteed.

You will be part of a high caliber, achievement driven Sales team, who shares the strong belief in helping our customers to improve patient care and outcomes using our products and services.

This is a great opportunity for Sales Leaders or for Senior Sales Representatives ready to take the next step and lead a Sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

Coach, develop, lead and motivate your Sales team, supporting and driving them strategically and tactically to accelerate the Endoscopy business growth.

Exceed & deliver against the quarterly and yearly business budget whilst managing equipment utilization, recurring revenue pipeline development alongside accurate forecasting vs. budget.

Support and collaborate with enabling function teams such as contracts & pricing, compliance, customer service and accounting to ensure a smooth order to cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest levels of service.

Understand / utilize market dynamics to support business acceleration. Take a creative approach to new business development for both current and future technologies and platforms.

You will provide solutions for customers and KOLs, adding value to the Sales process resulting in winning business and positive customer experience.

Build local clinical champions to support driving forward both current and future technology platforms across the Endoscopy portfolio.

Experience & Education :

Essential :

You hold a degree in the fields of business administration, medical technology, healthcare, sciences or any other relevant education / technical training.

You have at least 5 years of Sales experience with a proven track record in Sales.

Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory. Fluency in French is a plus.

You hold a valid driving license.

Preferred :

Medical devices Sales experience in the Operating Room is preferable.

Prior people management experience is not a must provided that you are a successful Senior Sales Representative with the right competencies / talents to take a next step in your career and lead, coach, motivate a Sales team.

Competencies :

You hold strong negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and your personality makes it easy for you to inspire and motivate others.

You are experienced in building and maintaining relationships (with KOLs & hospitals in respective region would be beneficial).

You understand how to support and guide a team to achieve success together.

Sense of responsibility, organizational skills and commercial acumen with a strategic approach to business planning.

Additional Information :

This professional can be based in either The Netherlands or in Belgium. This position involves 60% of regional travel between The Netherlands and Belgium for customer visits.
