Job Description

The technical Support Engineer will be part of a small IT team, that will first train you in the proprietary software. You will quickly determine the users' issues and provide first and second line support.

What do we expect from you?

  • Answer the helpdesk contact telephone and emails received from customers
  • Follow up on incidents and customers' requests and closure within SLA timeframes
  • Follow up processes and procedures setup within the Customer Support Department
  • Respond to various requests and researches from internal staff
  • Write and maintain documents updated for the use of other staff members and customers

    In order to be successful in this Technical Support Engineer role, you should have the following skills and experience :

  • Be titular of a bachelor's degree in related subject preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Have minimum 1 to 3 years in technical experience including customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good listening skills and ability to empathize
  • Attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of networking TCP / IP, Active Directory, VoIP, Windows Server environment, etc.
