    Your role

    The Account Manager is a sales representative. He / she brings the best of Altran to his / her client. He / she is accountable for developing locally Strategic Accounts on his / her sales territory, in pharma sector, executing the strategic account plan.

    He / she develops existing client relationship while prospecting new environments in his / her territory.

  • Develops the Altran market share according to the strategic account plan,
  • Contributes to the account plan with his / her hierarchy,
  • Generates leads through active prospection, sales and marketing campaign,
  • Promotes and sells key offers through with the support of Solution Managers,
  • Detects, selects, prioritizes and manages major opportunities to focus on,
  • Drumbeats the relationship with the client (contract, purchase order, cash collection),
  • Ensures client satisfaction and client intimacy, doing client power / influence mapping,
  • Identifies & summarizes client needs in terms of resources to power the Strategic Resource Planning,
  • Collaborates with a dedicated team (Key Account Manager & Global Account Manager) on the business transformation of the account while improving the footprint of Altran in both the contingency and consultancy services business

  • You hold a Master’s degree in or an Engineering degree.
  • You have more than three years of experience in the field of consulting and / or the business development industry preferably as a Sales Account Manager.
