As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible to develop, implement and be accountable for product marketing and product strategy plans which optimise profitability, market share and revenue growth of allocated products in the short and long term.
Your Responsibilities :
Develop strategic marketing plans in line with Novartis standards and corporate strategy.
Propose accurate Market Share / Market Share Growth grids to sales force management
Develop and implement operational plans
Develop and produce promotional tools
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers
Be recognised as the Product Champion within allocated disease area
Monitor and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly
Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment
Manage inventory levels of allocated products
Monitor and understand alternative & competitive actors in the market
Use cross-functional competencies and networks available within Novartis to be the differentiator for physicians and patients
What you’ll bring to the role
A Masters Degree in Science and / or degree in Business
You need to be fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch and French
Previous experience in a commercial / marketing role
In-depth knowledge of product, dosage forms, disease treatment and alternative therapies
Drive for commercial success, good analytical skills, constant drive for success and improvement
Innovative concepts and approaches to positioning and tactical marketing in the therapeutic market
Cross - functional mindset and desire to work closely with teams from sales, medical affairs, clinical development and project management
Easiness to work with digital tools
