Job DescriptionAs an Enterprise Program Manager for an assigned country you will be responsible for supporting Agilent CrossLab's customers' needs within our LED product portfolio especially focusing on offering and implementing Laboratory Product Solutions (LPS) to the market.
This will involve collaborating with pre-sales to create sustainable delivery models, working with local delivery teams to build capabilities and liaising with the LED division to ensure Agilent are fully addressing the needs of the market with our products and services.
Your typical tasks will include : 1. Country Enterprise Customer Program Management- In conjunction with sales develops and implements business plans for the success of the Enterprise business within assigned country.
Understands and implements customer success programs for LED products and create business development plans for same. - Develops the business within major enterprise-wide programs, often involving multi-function divisions.
Collaborates with sales and manages the implementation and development of large integrated Enterprise contract solutions to external customers.
Responsible for enhancing the partnership between Agilent and our external customers ensuring customers experience Agilent's superior customer service and customer retention within the assigned customer sites.
Performs strategic account management functions within assigned strategic enterprise customers. - Monitor the gross margin of assigned accounts and implementation improvement plans where appropriate- Collaborates with other organisation within Agilent to ensure business opportunities are realised and executed upon.
Delivery of Enterprise consultancy services within the Laboratory Productivity Service product portfolio (CrossLab etc.
2. Country Enterprise Implementation Project Management : - Supports the sale and manages the implementation and development of large integrated Enterprise contract solutions to external customers.
Scopes, develops, and implements processes and tools that are scalable and repeatable across the organisation ready to be deployed at new enterprise services customer facilities - Determines overall program / project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements.
Translate business objectives into comprehensive implementation work plan covering timeline, resources, dependencies, priorities, risks and milestones.
Coordinate and assure project execution including time, schedule, budgets and risk management. - Monitors sub-contractors to assure project deliveries, quality and timeline are met - Regularly report on project status to project team, project sponsors, Agilent and Customer upper management.
Maintains project records to ensure all project information is kept and secured3. Subject Matter Expert - In Support of Global and Regional Strategic Initiatives - Participate in annual business planning and establish implementation strategies for Enterprise services and assigned accounts - Participate in assigned projects as a Subject Matter Expert in specialized areas of expertise e.
