You are motivated to set-up an entire new framework and process that brings our customers in contact with our partners. Customers just bought a Partner Onboarding Package in our application, so it’s essential that they get in touch with a regional partner.
Since we will only work with a selected trained group of certified partners, your main goal is to implement a recurring learning and certification process.
It will be really important to test regularly their Teamleader product knowledge.
Besides that, you speak fluent Dutch (native), French and English (professional level). Bringing first value online is your second nature, you have experience in solving more complex business challenges.
You have the knowledge to advise business owners on a strategic level, recognize their problems and negotiate with them.
Experience in a SaaS environment would be a nice extra.
What a day in Partner Success looks like :
Our partners will be helping out our clients, after they decided to start with Teamleader. You will be assisting them with their first on-site implementation sessions.
To be more concrete, you focus on driving partners’ adoption of our product proactively and you onboard new partners and help them to be successful.
We want you to help our partners and their customers to work smarter. In the end, you will be able to welcome more and more partner ambassadors every month.
This way you will be at same time creating a true Partner Onboarding Community, where they can learn and share their experience.
