  • Drive Henkel’s portfolio of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) solutions at selected local and international accounts
  • Act in a network of regional Account Managers and local sales engineers along a global account roadmap and with support of Business Development and Application Engineering
  • Direct management and accountability of a major national railway account
  • Scale up opportunities within assigned accounts and share your success with the regional & global community for further multiplication beyond Belgium
  • Identify customer trends and needs
  • Carry out maintenance workshop reliability trainings and seminars

  • We are looking for high energy people with an entrepreneurial mindset, who are curious, flexible and who want to continue to develop themselves
  • Team player with high level of motivation and hands-on mentality
  • Interest in industrial and innovative applications
  • Ideally professional experience in industry (oil&gas / powerplant / steel mill) and rail
  • Ideally professional experience with adhesive solutions and protective coatings
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills (face-to-face and digital)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Travel requirements
  • Fluent English,dutch and French , proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel).
