YOUR ROLE
Drive Henkel’s portfolio of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) solutions at selected local and international accounts
Act in a network of regional Account Managers and local sales engineers along a global account roadmap and with support of Business Development and Application Engineering
Direct management and accountability of a major national railway account
Scale up opportunities within assigned accounts and share your success with the regional & global community for further multiplication beyond Belgium
Identify customer trends and needs
Carry out maintenance workshop reliability trainings and seminars
YOUR SKILLS
We are looking for high energy people with an entrepreneurial mindset, who are curious, flexible and who want to continue to develop themselves
Team player with high level of motivation and hands-on mentality
Interest in industrial and innovative applications
Ideally professional experience in industry (oil&gas / powerplant / steel mill) and rail
Ideally professional experience with adhesive solutions and protective coatings
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills (face-to-face and digital)
Excellent negotiation skills
Travel requirements
Fluent English,dutch and French , proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel).
