H&M’s Global Customer Service is a multichannel and multi-brand organization with a focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey.
Our customer is at the heart of everything we do.Today, Customer Service has around 3000 employees globally and has so far established 12 Customer Service Centers around the world.
In our Center in Maastricht, the Netherlands , we take care of H&M’s customers in 9 different countries and in 6 different languages.
Your role as a Customer Service Agent : Your most important responsibility is to make sure that H&M is the customer’s first choice.
You accomplish this by offering the best customer service, while answering calls and e-mails. You will assist our customers in the Netherlands whenever they want information about orders, deliveries and / or payments.
You will answer questions concerning both the Online Shop and our stores. What do we offer?
