Senior Manager Actuarial Consulting/Software Life Insurance Modeling M/F

MISSIONS

We are looking for a Senior Manager in actuarial consulting willing to reinforce the competencies of the Regulatory Department and more especially in life insurance modeling.

You will be in the driving seat to :

  • Promote and develop actuarial solutions based on cutting-edge software and strong expertise
  • Build together the strategy with our market leaders on modeling life
  • Ensure the coordination and the implementation of the strategy in the various hubs
  • Recruit and design a team of actuaries to deliver a high-quality support to our clients, market leaders or internal stakeholders
  • Define and develop life insurance models :
  • Design the best model architecture depending on the requirements and the constraints of an insurance company
  • Review existing models : controls and execution time optimization
  • Undertake research and development work :
  • Participate to the improvement of new functions and methodologies in our addactis® software
  • Provide a regulatory watch regarding IFRS17 and Solvency II future evolutions
  • Possibility to participate in writing scientific papers

    • REQUESTED PROFILE

    To qualify for the role you must :

  • have a master’s degree in actuarial sciences / from an engineering school or you have a scientific background combined with strongly developed quantitative skills.
  • have an experience regarding Life Insurance Modeling : ALM modeling, Solvency 2 modeling, IFRS17 Cash Flow modeling, Asset modeling or pricing (MCEV models, Pillar 1 models, standard formula, ORSA models, IFRS17 Cash Flows models, asset and derivatives pricing, ESG).
  • have an effective experience in leading a team of modeling experts in a client environment
  • be fluent in English (knowing other languages would be a plus).
