Your Profile

  • Higher education studies in Communication, Human Resources, Business, Office Management
  • or Data Sciences

  • You are a team player, communicative with a natural sense of curiosity to learn new things.
  • You are organised, with an eye for detail.
  • Customer centricity is close to your heart.
  • Knowledge of learning tools and learning management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of instructional design or training facilitation skills are assets.
  • You are fluent in English both spoken & written (TME business language), other language skills are welcome.
  • You have a very good knowledge of the MS tools (in particular SharePoint, Excel & Ppt).

    Team / division description

    European Learning & Development (EL&D) is part of People & Innovation division.

    Its primary purpose is to develop and educate Toyota employees in Europe by delivering training and enabling learning.

    Our aim is to implement effective and innovative learning & development solutions that inspire you to continuously learn and excel in your role.

    In addition to developing, organising and / or delivering the various training programs to TME Members, we also provide support to our Affiliates in Europe for Toyota specific and Management and Leadership development programs.

    Your project

    European Learning & Development is looking for an intern to support us with two crucial projects - maximizing use of Toyota learning platform and automation of the back office for the Graduate Development Program.

    Toyota learning platform offers learning and skills development opportunities to employees of Toyota Motor Europe, allows management and automation of learning processes and gives access to training reports and analytics.

    At EL&D we aim at enhancing the user experience with the platform and optimising learning management.

    Our aim is to relaunch the Graduate Development Program offered by TME to the newly hired graduates and we are currently optimising planning, preparation and follow-up activities related to the program.

    A back office supporting this preparation will need to be established to allow more flexibility and efficiency.

    We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
