Your role & work environment
The goal of the Tribe is to develop personal, easy, smart and reliable insurance solutions that protect our customers when they need it to live their lives confidently.
As Data Insurance Specialist, you’ll be part of the Enabling Squad of the Tribe Insurance, responsible for managing transversally all data for the Customer Journey Experts working in the Tribe Insurance.
Support data steward in :
Data related projects (launch of new products, migration of current data flows and sources towards target, data optimization) regarding data requirements and data aggregation (regulatory, Finance, Risk, Marketing)
Determing and validating data consuming designs, flows, processes (data lifecycle management, data exchange, data lineage) and its required tooling
Data (privacy) governance set-up, updates and reviews (for example GDPR and ING Minimum Standards like Record of Processing Activities, GDPR inventory, record retention, DPIA, LIA, BIA, DRA, )
Data quality measuring, reporting, reconciliation, issue analysis and resolution (with support of tribe CJE’s)
Data related incidents
Optimizing data flows and dataset requirements for future reporting possibilities
Support the Tribe with :
Tribe Insurance commercial reporting (outside commercial dashboards delivered by tribe Digital & Customer Interaction) and financial reporting
Dynamic plan (forecast) preparation and follow-up via recurrent reporting and governance processes including key message integration (with the support of involved squads) on sales and portfolio evolution (compared to previous years and dynamic plan)
Operational data support to different squads via ad hoc data and / or report delivery as well as data quality solving in (customer data) back-end systems

As a Data Insurance Specialist within the Tribe Insurance, you will also need :
Bachelor degree
Experience of min 3years in data analysis or related field
Data analyst skills, including very good knowledge in Excel to consume data and very good knowledge of SNOW and COGNOS (in case of internal) or flexible to use new tooling related to data (reporting, incident management, )
Able to gather data needs and to translate them into queries, reports or business (data) requirements
Able to match data needs versus internal and external policies (for example GRDM and GDPR)
Good knowledge of framework (GDPR)
Professional certifications
Language : English, French and / or Dutch
Good stakeholder (internal and external) management skills
Can-do attitude and able to work independently
