In order to strengthen our Internal Manufacturing department , based in our center in Braine l'Alleud , Belgium , we are looking for a Fluids Technician (M / F) .
As a Fluid Technician (M / F) , you will like to work in an environment where you can Work in the field of fluids. Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of the facilities.
Carry out preventive maintenance actions in order to detect technical problems in time and guarantee the conservation of all the capabilities of the installations.
Perform technical acts to minimize downtime and document these. As a Fluid Technician (M / F) , your main tasks will be : Perform technical acts to minimize downtime and document it.
Daily : in relation to procedures defined and specific to each installation, carry out the daily check using the procedures in place.
Each deviation should be followed and traced in the SAP system and communicated to your Team Leader. As a preventive measure : follow the maintenance plans in force on your installations.
If an installation shows signs of malfunction, carry out a diagnosis and replace the elements at risk in agreement with your Team Leader.
As a remedy : If an installation under your management stops, a diagnosis is required in order to repair or replace the faulty elements.
Communicate the investigation to your Team Leader. In addition to maintenance tasks, you may also be required to participate in the commissioning of new installations or to monitor modifications to installations.
Maintain units of and NOT (indirect impact) within parameters established by the Fluids department . Ensure that the and NO processes are functioning flawlessly.
Use multiple computer assisted management systems. Act as an actor in the preventive maintenance of the units and ensure the necessary repairs (predictive maintenance).
Check and apply safety procedures. P articipate in the improvement of installations (safety, performance). R Ediger reports on its activities.
Participate in continuous training. Adapt your communication in relation to your interlocutor. For this position we are looking for the following qualification , experience and skills : specific skills Understand the production process.
Master one or more technical sectors : electromechanical ( electronics, electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, refrigeration.
Read and interpret a plan or a diagram, a technical file. Evaluate visually or using devices, drifts, wear, defects. Quickly locate and diagnose a breakdown, drift or anomaly.
Replace, repair by following a rigorous methodical and logical process. Rigorously comply with safety standards, procedures, manufacturer's instructions, maintenance or troubleshooting procedures.
Check the installations, the conformity of the units by the operating systems in force. Rigorously respect the instructions of the users.
Report their interventions with clarity and precision, orally and in writing. Be autonomous for the execution of interventions given by his manager.
