Management of sales planning and forecast, ensure cross BU consistency
Controlling and documentation of sales opportunities
Preparation and analysis of sales data
Creation of management reports and statistics
Examination of customer invoices, governance and AR management
Support sales activities up to SOW redaction
Manage all sales process documentation, repository and archiving
Recommendation and implementation of new sales processes
Process optimization in cooperation with sales management and other Group units
Interface between Sales, Operations, Finance and Accounting
1-2 years professional experience in a comparable role
Analytical and financial-mathematical understanding
Independent, structured and precise way of working
High work motivation, reliability and loyalty, Can-Do mentality, pragmatism and solution orientation
Will and ambition for personal development
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Excellent Business English (C1 or C2) spoken and written
Good knowledge of German is an advantage
