Education / Training :

  • University degree Business and / or Computer Science.
  • Fluent in English (TME business language).
  • Expertise :

  • 3-5 years of functional experience as Business Analyst.
  • Experience gathering business requirements (to be model, as is model, etc.).
  • Experienced Project manager able to lead small / medium sized teams.
  • Experience with Scrum / Agile frameworks.
  • Analytical skills, combined with capability to make synthesis of problem area and solution proposal.
  • Skills :

  • Versatile (open for learning and discovering new technology / area) and creative.
  • Diplomatic / sense of people relationships / team player.
  • Focused and stress resistant.

  • Team / division description :

    The SPP (Sales Planning and Pricing) applications team at TME is responsible for building and maintaining all applications used by sales planning and pricing division located at HO and by our National Marketing & Sales Companes (40+ countries) for both Toyota and Lexus brand.

    The team designs, develops and maintains applications used to support sales planning, vehicle demand & supply and vehicle pricing.

    Your responsibilities :

    You will act as the functional SME on current and future applications used in the area of supply and demand, you will be the link between TME business and application team

    On current applications :

  • Perform requirements gathering : business change requests and technical upgrades.
  • Plan and follow up support team activity.
  • Support in User Acceptance Testing.
  • On newly developed applications supporting Demand & Supply Kaizen (DSK) :

  • Process Analysis and GAP analysis exercises.
  • Perform analysis on data required.
  • Provide input and advice on possible solutions, pros and cons, functions and features for NMSC’s (National Marketing & Sales Companies), study different scenario for implementation considering current application landscape.
  • Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept.
  • Understand business requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.
  • Manage / coordinate Country Rollouts.
  • Support in User Acceptance Testing.
  • Provide end-user training.
