The Benelux Business Analytics & Sales Systems department is part of the Sales department within Mondelez's Benelux Category Planning.
It serves the interests of all channels : All customers (Retail & IC) and all categories.Its mission is to twofold : 1) Deliver Sales System Expertise 2) Assure accurate Business analytics and drive Actionable insights
The Sales Systems Manager BeNeLux (BNL) ensures, together with his team, Sales System Expertise. As our Systems (local / International) monitor, steer & plan the Business as well as analyse Business results, these need to run correctly at all times.
He / she plays a key role in ensuring solid working BNL Sales Systems & Tools(local / International / Mdlz / external). He facilitates optimal use of these BNL Sales Systems (training, Manual, FAQ, support) and implements / co-creates / upgrades / optimizes them covering (new) Sales needs (International / local).
He / she facilitates the data transfer from other departments to Sales BNL via the Sales tools & Systems.
He / she has a team of 3 direct reports Responsibilities : The Sales Systems Manager BeNeLux has 5 main responsibilities :
Assure solid working Sales Tools / Systems together with the team
Day-to-day solid working & support
Solve local system Issues & solve / escalate international IBS issues / changes impacting our sales systems
System / Tool issue
General IT issue impacting Sales Systems
Regular end-user training, Manual & FAQ
Masterdata transfer to Sales via Systems&Tools
End to end thinking, knowledge&understanding dataflow all systems (sales & non-sales)
Continuous BNL Business Partnering
Clear knowledge & understanding of Business & its needs
Close communication on new news, risks, opportunities, priorities, status projects
Implement / Co-create / upgrade / optimize Sales Systems iot cover future Business Needs
SPOC and represent the Business towards IBS / MEU
Perform / Coordinate Local Testing with key users
Project Management from business case, via alignment meetings until local implementation & change management
MDLZ Global networking (Sales&IBS)
Close contact & networking with MEU / Global / IBS
Participate at international meetings & team meetings
Put BNL on the agenda, Defend BNL Business interests
Upfront updates on new International projects / changes / with impact for BNL
High level escalation
Build high effective, engaged team with clear development plan (coach, manage, inspire)
Co-create the Sales Systems Strategy iot cover future needs / planning / team organization
Create a good balance between Local needs and international IBS / sales changes
Drive efficiency & continuous improvement
