Job Description

A team of 60 people. A timeline of 1.5 years and a site-wide impact. In March 2020, we kick-off the SAP implementation in Puurs, one of the biggest projects for the site in the coming years

As business process expert for your specific domain within your workstream your role is to assure proper implementation of the new SAP system, appropriate adaptation of the existing systems and desired training and adoption in the organization.

Your responsibilities :

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Leads process mapping and integration for the processes under his / her scope
  • Gathers and validates user requirements and gets sign-off from the broader organization
  • Defines comprehensive list and details out all business scenarios for the processes under his / her scope
  • Reviews and approves functional specifications and contributes to other project documentation deliverables
  • Supports the configuration of the system and ensures it meets the user requirements and enables defined processes
  • Collaborates with Project Management to define training strategy and materials, user acceptance testing, etc.
  • Overall responsible for performing test execution
  • Supports the development of the data migration strategy and ensures it meets the applicable requirements
  • Supports Master Data team members in collecting and converting appropriate Master Data elements involved in the process under his / her scope
  • Minimum requirements

    What you’ll bring to the role :

  • At least 5 years of working knowledge within pharma industry.
  • Shown comprehensive knowledge on the business process in their scope.
  • Projects within own expertise domain.
  • System experience with current systems within expertise domain.
  • Collaborative spirit to involve large cross-departmental backbone organization.
  • High standard of communication skills to wide variety of stakeholders and / or team members.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English.
