As a Automation Capabilities and Training Manager, you will be responsible for the management, design, development, coordination and implementation of all automation capability programs and related training programs within GSK Vaccines.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following :

  • Communicate with stakeholders to map out Capabilities and Competencies, as well as the associated training needs for teams and individuals inside the Automation teams and in the GIO overall population.
  • Support GSK international sites on the improvement phase of the Automation Capabilities Program.
  • Design engaging ways to upskill and re-skill our employees with the aim of reaching and keeping the necessary proficiency level, using a combination of On-the-job training and Academic learning.
  • Research, select and recommend new training and learning methods.
  • Track, monitor and report the impact of the progams.
  • Qualifications :

  • Completed university degree in engineering like Computer Vision, Automation, Control Systems, Biopharma or similar field of study
  • Several years of experience in automation in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Initial experience as a training coordinator, instructor, training manager or similar role
  • Advanced organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with various projects such as management training and soft skills development is also essential.
  • Reasonable knowledge of learning management systems and web tools.
  • In-depth MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills in English
