The Project Manager is accountable for managing the scope, schedule and budget of major & middle size installation projects.
He / she plans, directs and coordinates the project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools.
His / her primary objectives are customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.
Responsibilities and key activities :
As a Project Manager you will manage middle size & major installation projectsAccountable for project scope, schedule and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectivesAccountable for proactively managing customer communication throughout the projectEnsure integrated project planning and management with customers and KONE full chain teamsEnsure continuous full chain project monitoring and controlEnsure that project status and progress is effectively communicated to KONE management and to customerResponsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning and potential recovery actionsAccountable for the project’s financial planning and forecastingResponsible for actively driving Sales-to-Operations handover quality, accountable for handovers to Customer and Maintenance as well as project closing activitiesPlans and ensures sufficient project resourcing and competencesCreates and maintains safety and security awareness amongst employees and subcontractors in the project.
Ensures following of KONE's and Customer’s safety and security policies.
You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a working level of EnglishYou have a successful experience in Project Management, preferably in the construction industryBachelor degree in Engineering or other relevant fieldCustomer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and organization skills
