We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach for a business, technology, and innovation consulting and change firm exclusively focused on the financial industry (banking / insurance / capital markets).
As a member of our team you will shape and drive complex business and technology change for our clients, with responsibilities that include : improving business-
related operational efficiency, developing and implementing revenue enhancement strategies, building new digitally enabled business models, redesigning Target Operating Models, executing complex post-
merger integrations and divestments among others. Consulting and coaching our client's teams in their new way of working, specifically in transforming into agile delivery organizations SME coaching to roles like Scrum Masters, Product Owners or Product Managers as well as the Leadership team Performing maturity assessments and derive coaching plans from it Developing an understanding of client's strategic direction, issues and objectives to drive the appropriate roadmap for our clients Driving consistency in operations, measuring progress against goals, preparing or facilitating client meetings and workshops, creating business updates / reviews, conducting quarterly and annual planning Assisting in documenting, evaluating and translating business needs into technology options Developing new opportunities : conduct market / client / industry data gathering, research and analysis Creating high quality presentations / reports to effectively communicate project findings Building or supporting new business opportunities through proactive identification of potential new clients in collaboration with our ecosystem of partner firms As a member of our Delivery Excellence and Operational Excellence teams you will pay particular attention to : Helping our clients to transform towards an agile delivery model Supporting the development of our internal agile capabilities and competencies further.
This can be within the practical implementation of pilot phase or following refinement, adaptation or scaling phases of enterprise transformation Leading agile-
readiness assessments Leading in transitioning and delivering a programme / project from traditional waterfall approaches e.
g. PRINCE2 to agile methods Giving training to scrum masters, agile project managers, product owners, and release train engineers Depending on your seniority, you will, at enterprise level, focus on the leadership structure and agile mindset to help improving the many areas of the enterprise culture, communication and ways of working Supporting new organisational structures when they emerge out of the agile initiatives Supporting continuous improvement on processes, leadership and behaviour -
A university degree and related agile coaching experiences of at least 5 years in the financial industry, preferably within a consulting environment working frameworks like XP, Scrum, SAFe, Lean, LeSS and KANBAN -
Hands on agile coaching expertise within the Financial Service industry or a leading consultancy -Excellent Skills in assessing organizational readiness implementation health -
Proven ability to successfully work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams combined with the capability of building successful relations and establishing credibility with our clients -
A solid background in a client segment such as capital markets, corporate banking, retail banking, wealth and investment management or insurance -
ideally combined with knowledge in functional areas like trading & front-office, post-trade processing, payments, collateral management, data management, compliance or risk management -
Experience in planning, delivering and executing complex undertakings or initiatives -You are a true consultant with strong quantitative, analytical, and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive solutions for clients in a logical and structured way driven to make your point -
