about the role
The account manager is responsible for :
driving growth in revenue and margin at his (her) customers by foresting the current business and creating new opportunities through different initiatives
motivating and driving the account team together with the CBU director (responsible for the lifecycle of the contract)
define and execute the commercial strategy on short, mid and long-term
communicate and get sponsorship for this strategy internally
maintain and reinforce a strong relationship with customers at different levels (including CxO)
developing strategic relationships to align Orange solutions to the customer's business and IT initiatives
maintain and build a strong relationship with the vendor / partner ecosystem to create the winning collaboration strategy
being the internal champion with regards to commercial matters related to his (her) customers
Ability to :
engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required
work in a virtual team environment
consistently show quality and structure throughout his / her work education, qualifications and certifications
master degree or equivalent through experience
fluent in English, knwoledge of French and / or Dutch is a plus
2 to 5 yrs experience in selling and relationship management
experience in selling to customers with managed services in different areas (voice, private network, application dvpt...)
