In a jointly funded international initiative by FRQ-NT and FNRS, we are recruiting 2 PhD and 1 Post-Doctoral young scientists to work on the improvement of surface and interface cell-materials relationships for buccal implants.
By tackling plasma-based processes for solutioning osseo-integrative and infective clinical complications, this research will be articulated around ULaval (Laval University, Québec, Canada) and UNamur (University of Namur, Belgium), in a multidisciplinary, joint collaboration.
The biological safety and performances of the newly developed coatings will be assessed in vitro jointly with scientists at the ULaval Faculty of Dentistry and the UNamur Department of Pharmacy.
