We are looking for an Administrative Clerk Quality for DHL Global Forwarding in Brucargo.

As an administrative clerk you are busy with making analyses, doing research about incidents (for example : why did something goes wrong with that shipment), collect information.

You find solutions in collaboration with other departements (warehouse, customer service, sales, colleagues from other countries).

The entire investigation will also have to be documented by you in a report.

In some cases, incidents will also lead to a real Corrective & Preventive actions. You will do the follow-up to make sure that the execution happens as agreed between DHL Global Forwarding and the customer and that the result afterwards also meets the expectations.

You do this by gathering evidence (documentation, risk analysis, audit, ...)

The clients are life science (Pharmaceutical) customers and you have close and regular contact with them.

On the longer term there may also be additional tasks in support of the QEHS Manager / QEHS Team leader (QEHS : Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) : assisting with procedures, document control, risk analysis, audits, ...)

The job allows you to discover many facets of logistics : Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road Transport, warehousing, X-Dock operations, GDP (Good Distribution Practice),

    What can we tell specifically about this vacancy?

    You would start at DHL Global Forwarding in Brucargo under an interim contract for +- 3 months (maybe longer). You would work in daytime in a 39 hours arrangement (with 2h ADV that you save per week).

    The salary falls under PC Category 4 (2700 gross or more depending on your experience). You will also receive meal vouchers of 8 euros for each day worked.

    You would work in day hours from monday-friday.
