Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer, you will have the following tasks :
Manage the mailbox and provide accurate answers to the specific questions of customers regarding the products of the company
Answer the calls of clients and provide them with the right information
Support marketing campaigns with proactive phone calls toward potential clients
Provide customer feedback to product marketing about customer experience and product related questions / remarks
The Successful Applicant
As a Customer Service Officer, you have the following profile :
Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French (written and spoken). A very good command of English is also mandatory
Experience with a CRM system is a plus
Team player, eager to learn about new technologies
