Job Description

As a Customer Service Officer, you will have the following tasks :

  • Manage the mailbox and provide accurate answers to the specific questions of customers regarding the products of the company
  • Answer the calls of clients and provide them with the right information
  • Support marketing campaigns with proactive phone calls toward potential clients
  • Provide customer feedback to product marketing about customer experience and product related questions / remarks

    As a Customer Service Officer, you have the following profile :

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French (written and spoken). A very good command of English is also mandatory
  • Experience with a CRM system is a plus
  • Team player, eager to learn about new technologies
