We’re seeking a Senior Front-Line Associate, based in our Gent WU store. In this role, you will be responsible for performing Money Transfer and other services (such as foreign exchange, App support or other brokered products) for customers in a WU Branch / Location.

Maintaining customer services as per company standard
Generating money transfer transactions,
Cash register operations and loss prevention in adherence to store standards, compliance rules, company policies and front desk procedures.
Daily Control of activity
Cash management of the till, safe, Agent WU PSD
Opening and closure of WU Store / Location
Establish EOD (End of Day) daily documents and archive ACR and daily documents
Realize Controls level1
Participate to maintain the location organize and clean
What you will need to succeed :
Customer service experience
Cash management till experience
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-structured environment
What will make you stand out :
Fluency in Dutch and French
English and any additional languages would be a plus
Good written and verbal communication
