Within the Marketing and Consumer Insights Division of the Residential Marketing Department, you are part of the Business Office team, and report into the Business Office Director.
The role requires significant commercial understanding, the ability to go beyond the analysis of data to arrive at true business insights, and the presence to support and challenge senior management and the Go-
to-market teams in robust commercial decision making.
As Business Performance Analyst, you are responsible for the creation of reports and dashboards on the business performance related to critical KPI’s in close collaboration with different stakeholders such as Business Intelligence, Finance and Customer and Sales organization.
You will use your extended knowledge of the business drivers to generate ideas and formulate proposals towards the Go-to-
market team in order to improve and steer the business performance versus KPI and P&L.
You act as expert in the creation and own business models to support the launch of key commercial actions. These models will serve as guidance for management decisions and as primary input, the Residential Marketing & Finance Business Controller relies on for the financial business cases and reporting.
After-action analysis and follow up is a natural part of this process.
As Business Performance Analyst, you will be a driver in the different budget and forecasting processes where you will act as a liaison between the Financial Business Controller and the Go-
To-Market teams. You will use your broad knowledge of all business drivers to facilitate, support and challenge the set-up of the budget KPI’s in such a way it will allow reaching financial objectives but also in depth comparison with available actuals to measure performance.
