Allianz is currently transforming it’s HR Function and strengthening the Allianz Benelux HR team. The Reward & Performance Expert plays a vital role in the company.
You report to the Head of Reward & Performance Benelux supporting the latter in looking after the employees’ best interests.
By challenging, developing, and implementing the right rewards and benefit solutions, performance management policies and tools in alignment with the organisation’s overall strategic objectives and group-wide HR vision.
The position can be based in Belgium (Brussels) or in the Netherlands (Rotterdam) with some travel between the different locations.
In a Benelux context, the R&P Expert ensures the implementation / roll-out of the different reward and performance management policies and practices and assures their daily correct running.
These include : remuneration policy, car policy, fringe benefits offer, incentive schemes, job mapping and grading, pay bands, global mobility policy and international assignments, annual performance management cycle (target setting, multi-
rater, year-end evaluation, performance improvement, etc.), annual compensation cycle, yearly benchmarking, etc.
During your day as a R&P Expert you will :
As a Reward & Performance Expert, you provide advice in your area of expertise for any HR or business project and makes recommendations / influences decisions from your expert point of view.
Furthermore, you collaborate actively with the One Benelux Completion wave (streamlining HR processes at Benelux level wherever possible) and the Allianz Group HR Transformation program as Reward & Performance subject matter expert.
These programs require an important transformation of the current reward & performance practices and tools (e.g. roll-out of SuccessFactors) in the Benelux area.
We are looking for a person with an academic background, preferably a master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR and / or in combination with a financial analyst role.
You are results-oriented, have strong time-management, and organizational skills. Furthermore, you have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
You are a team player and you have the ability to effectively work with colleagues and management in a matrix and geographically diverse business model.
Having experience in the implementation and use of SuccessFactors, good knowledge of Belgian and / or Dutch social legislation in the area of compensation and benefits programs, and experience in working in a multinational environment are a plus.
