The Marketing Analytics, part of the Customer Analytics team, is composed of enthusiastic data scientists with deep knowledge in marketing and machine learning.

Your future job
In the Marketing Analytics teams you will work essentially on the following topics :
Improve commercial actions by : building propensity to buy and uplift models using test and learn approach to improve marketing campaigns providing recommendation based on the data and your experience
Put in place analytical solution in the heart of important marketing decision like Segmentation, pricing optimization, next best offer engine,
Promote and improve the usage of analytical solutions in the long term strategy of the bank and assess the added value in term of return on marketing investment
You will be responsible for the planning of your activities and their technical implementation. In your projects you will work in close collaboration with our internal clients (analytics translator, product and segment managers, campaign managers, etc).
A dedicated part of your time will be reserved to work on R&D projects chosen by the team. Highlight your strengths
Education & experience :
You hold a university degree in Artificial Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Statistics or comparable fields.
You have at least 2 years of similar professional experience or through an extra master, PhD.
You can fluently speak French or Dutch and English.
Technical skills :
Manipulate and analyze large data sets using data science toolset
You master data science topics such as : unsupervised and supervised learning, operational research, statistical inference.
Further, you have experience of applying it in a business context
You are comfortable with data science toolset like Python on Jupyter Notebooks with Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn and have experience with R, SAS and SQL.
Knowledge of industrialization of models in python and version control is a plus.
You are curious about finding the hidden relations behind the data through rigorous data exploratory analysis.
You are proactive towards the internal clients to understand the problem and to turn your discoveries into actionable insights.
You are a constant learner, result oriented, pragmatic and creative when solving problems.
You have good communication skills and can present your work clearly to diverse audiences. You are able to explain the results of complex analysis in easy way.
You are autonomous and a good team player.
