During the internship you will rethink how people interact with a contact center. To cover the business case you will explore these tools to create a conversation first experience using chatbots.
This experience provides a natural way of navigating through content on the website without entering data in a classic contact form.
Your goal will be to cover a business process of requests / claims which will be handled by the bot and escalated to the service agents.
You will be assisted in your task where needed by experts in the field.
You will present your solution with a presentation and guided training video at the customer and later on internally present it for the Avanade Belgium Business Applications team!
By completing this task, you will have the right mind- and skill-set to become a functional consultant at the leading Microsoft business applications implementor : Avanade.
