Your mission :
You will assist customers in their requests, study and identify their needs to offer them the most suitable services. You will also have to show strength of proposal by presenting additional services and / or products.
You will play a key role in managing the good relationship between the company and our customers. You will act as an ambassador of the company’s values and guarantee an excellent service.
Your tasks as a Customer Service Specialist :
Help customers by phone or email in a professional manner
Attract potential customers by answering questions about the company's products and services
Provide information about new services and conditions
Ensure a high degree of satisfaction
Help create customer engagement
You are the right person if you :
Fluent in French (C1), a native speaker level is a plus
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Enjoy identifying customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
