Taken en verantwoordelijkheden The Supervisor's role is to plan, manage and control the field service operations in their scope.

The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of Maintenance Operatives, interacts with customers and ensures that KONE promises are fulfilled safely, with high quality and on time.

Responsibilities and key activities

Customer Service

  • Ensures customer retention by making sure agreed service agreements are met and that promises to the customer are kept (together with the rest of KONE team)
  • Communicates to customers that promises have been delivered
  • Ensures that customers' queries are answered on time and with the appropriate attention and makes sure complaints are solved accurately and on a timely basis
  • Accountable for the sales leads volume, quality, and further processing of sales leads
  • Safety and Quality

  • Ensures high quality of service through presence in the field, regular field audits and promoting safety and quality culture
  • People management / Leadership

  • Develops the competences, motivation and overall performance of the technicians
  • Ensures that the field processes and maintenance methods are followed
  • Ensures the correct level of resourcing in the short-term through absence management and in the mid-term through capacity planning (together with their manager)
  • Accountable for determining and checking technicians’ performance objectives
  • Profiel kandidaat Requirements

  • You have a successful experience in the management of a team
  • You have commercial feeling and interests
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or other relevant field
  • Fluent in Dutch & French.
  • Working level of English
