As aConsolidation ControlleratEskoyou will drive the monthly consolidation process. You will manage :
Play a leading role in the monthly / quarterly / yearlyconsolidationclose processfor the Esko Groupand ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Prepare reporting packages and schedules per corporate requirements.
Oversee and ensure accuracy of the monthly consolidation processfor the Esko Group and reporting towards Danaher of actuals.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare and / or review necessary journal entries for properly stated financial statements in accordance withUSGAAP and company policy.
Assist in Transfer Pricing calculations
Develop and implement process improvements.
Lead special projects such as audit requests,Danaher requests,Opening Balance Sheetrelated to M&A (if applicable).

YourEducation and / orBackgroundExperiencewill have :
Master degree in Economics / Finance or equivalent
Minimum 5years experiencein internal or external auditing / controlling in an international environment or Big Four Experience
Proficient Knowledge ofConsolidation &US GAAPis a plus
IT-minded and affinity with optimizing financialprocesses.
Strong analytical skills and result oriented.
