As Consumer Marketing Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies, you

will build the 360 marketing plan both offline and online for the brand, in

coordination with Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Merchandising and Online

teams. You will report to the General Brand Manager of the Brand.

Buildand drive the 360 marketing plan across all channels

DriveA&P mix optimization both trade and advertising by leveraging consumerinsights and trade activations synergies

Definethe consumer journey(s) combining all communication and distributionchannels on all consumer facing activations offline / online to offer aseamless consumer journey across channels

Key Activities

Buildthe 360 marketing plan for the brand, in coordination with ProductMarketing, Trade Marketing and Online teams, and defines the CRMstrategy, in collaboration with online

Define marketing strategy based on analysis of competitivelandscape and trends in markets, customers, products, prices, andchannels to identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement

Defineand align on the Consumer Calendar (launches, key shoppingmoments, retailers activities) for all channels, working closelywith internal and external stakeholders

Analyse,interpret and convert customer needs into brand strategy in a seamless wayboth offline and online

Deriveand adapt the Global / Regional marketing strategy to maximizelocal relevancy

Definethe target consumer profile(s), adapting Global / Regional guidelines tolocal opportunities

Translatelocal consumer insights into marketing and selling opportunities

Defineand own the Consumer Journey(s), combining all communicationand distribution channels

Definethe advertising and distribution mix for the upcoming year including thePaid, Owned, Earned and COOP

Workclosely with the Retail and Visual Merchandising teams on innovationand continuous improvement of in-store consumer experience

Drive campaign performanceanalyses

DriveA&P spend allocation while in charge of A&P budget andoptimization

Contributesto LRP building, in particular A&P lines, with intent to maximizeeffective and efficient consumer-facing spend, monitoringand ensuring the best ROAS (Returnon Advertising Spend)

Managethe Consumer Marketing team, including Consumer Engagementand Influencer Management (ex PR)


Backgroundin consumer driven industry, and / or in media agency, and / or retail(beauty) industry, preferably luxury brands

Broadknowledge of the digital world

Budgetand P&L management experience

Financial modelling andanalysis

Peoplemanagement experience and / or a talent for transversal management

Verystrong communication skills, creative / innovative thinking, excellent teamplayer and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented,conceptual thinking out-of-the-box mindset entrepreneurial approachis key

Analytical and numerate

Dareto dream big and can do so in long-term strategical way

Eyefor trends and innovation both offline and online

Experience with drivingagencies

Willingto travel to the Netherlands and Luxembourg

Wetarget at least 5 years’ experience

Excellentwritten and spoken communications in Dutch, English and French

Organizationskills and an orientation to detail, self-motivation, high energy level
