Process Improvement Coordinator

General mission

The ID department (from Innovation to Development) brings together the Product Management & the R&D department. The position is more specifically based in PMG (Project Management Group), within ID at IBA.

As ID Process Improvement Coordinator , you will be responsible for maintaining & continuously improving the methodology, processes and tools within ID.

Duties & Responsibilities :

ID department is accountable for 3 processes : Concept & Feasibility (C&F), Design & Develop (D&D), product management. The ID Process Improvement Coordinator will represent the D&D process & will support the C&F & Product management process’ owners.

The main responsibilities are to :

  • Assess, document, maintain and harmonize existing processes with transversal view to other departments.
  • Maintain operational improvements and identify new improvement opportunities with other process owners, and participate in / contribute to major improvement projects within the organization
  • Follow up on performance and results through the creation, automatization & tracking of specific KPI’s.
  • Develop, mentor and coach major stakeholders on quality concepts and applications.
  • Manage the interfaces with other processes & provide pertinent data regarding field issues, explanations on data, recommendations etc
  • Be part of the CAPA board as D&D representative and do the follow up for the whole department : maintain the list of CAPA, perform the root cause analysis, follow up on actions till the closure of the CAPA.
  • Be the point of contact for stakeholders to create fluid communication within ID and with other departments regarding D&D process & ID’s CAPA.
  • Maintain existing project management methodology and governance and create, automatize & track specific project management KPIs
  • Profile

    As ID Process Improvement Coordinator , you have :

  • A master’s degree in quality management or in engineering
  • More than 3 years of experience in quality management and process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills both in French and in English
  • And you also are :

  • Client minded with strong interpersonal and excellent people management skills
  • Flexible and stress resistant with very good planning & organizing skills
  • A creative force to improve, automatize methodologies & tools
  • Able to organize your work autonomously and enjoy taking initiatives
